Ingredients For pecan pie jelly

1 cfinely chopped pecans - i used a food processer

1 cgranulated white sugar

pinch of salt

1 Tbspheaping brown sugar

1/4 cbutter
-
1/4 tsppure vanilla extract

1 Tbsppure maple syrup

1/2 cbrewed coffee
-
2 Tbspcornstarch mixed in 1/4 cup water
How To Make pecan pie jelly

1In a medium sauce pan combine coffee in butter cook on medium heat until butter has melted. Add sugars, salt, pecans, and maple syrup. Cook until sugar had dissolved completely.

2When the pecan mixture just begins to boil add cornstarch mixture and stir until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and add vanilla.

3Pour into jars allow to cool and refrigerate.

4Use within 2 to 3 weeks.
