Ingredients For just white peachy (keen) butter!

15 lbpretty and fresh white peaches

3 Tbspcinnamon, ground

1/2 tspfreshly grated nutmeg

1/2 tspground cloves

1/4 tspcardamom

1/4 tspallspice, ground

2 csugar
How To Make just white peachy (keen) butter!

1Using a sharp paring knife, cut a X on top of peaches. Place them in a large pot with water. Boil for 20 minutes or until peaches are soft.

2Remove from stove and put one peach at time into a bowl full of ice. Find the X on the top of peach and begin to peel off skin.

3Cut peaches into small pieces. Place peach mix in to blender-Puree.

4Use strainer to get rid of all the pulp. Notice now beautiful the pure white peaches are. The color will change when you add spices.

5Pour Peach puree into crock pot. Make sure you keep it cover to prevent drippings.

6Add cinnamon. cloves, nutmeg, cardamom, allspice and sugar. Cook on low for the 6-10 hours or overnight on low. Depending on your crock pot.
