white Peach Butter Recipe from generations down, with a modern twist! Great breakfast topper on Cinnamon Raisin toast, Bagel, or English muffins.

Ingredients For just white peachy (keen) butter!

  • 15 lb
    pretty and fresh white peaches
  • 3 Tbsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1/2 tsp
    freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp
    cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp
    allspice, ground
  • 2 c
    sugar

How To Make just white peachy (keen) butter!

    Using a sharp paring knife, cut a X on top of peaches. Place them in a large pot with water. Boil for 20 minutes or until peaches are soft.

    Remove from stove and put one peach at time into a bowl full of ice. Find the X on the top of peach and begin to peel off skin.

    Cut peaches into small pieces. Place peach mix in to blender-Puree.

    Use strainer to get rid of all the pulp. Notice now beautiful the pure white peaches are. The color will change when you add spices.

    Pour Peach puree into crock pot. Make sure you keep it cover to prevent drippings.

    Add cinnamon. cloves, nutmeg, cardamom, allspice and sugar. Cook on low for the 6-10 hours or overnight on low. Depending on your crock pot.
