1 1/2 cbrown sugar, lightly packed

1-2 tsplemon juice

1/4 tspcinnamon, ground

1 tspsalted butter

canning jars, lids, and sealers

fruit pectin, powdered

1clean and peel peaches, core and dice, add lemon juice to keep from turning brown In a large, heavy saucepan, add fruit, sugars, cinnamon, and butter..cook on med-med high heat til boiling...from here follow pectin directions
