Ingredients For fresh peach jam

  • 2 c
    fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    powdered fruit pectin
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon

How To Make fresh peach jam

  • 1
    Place chopped peaches in microwave safe casserole. Mash with fork to make coarse pulp. Cover and microwave 3 min. Stir in pectin and cook 2 min longer or until fruit is bubbly. Stir in sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon. Microwave uncovered 6-8 min longer. Pour into sterilized jars, cover and let stand until cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Will keep 2 months.
