this is really easy and oh so good on a warm scone with jam, or dip your fresh fruit. omgosh. good stuff. :-)

Ingredients For devonshire cream (kings island creme)

  • 3 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c
    whipping cream

How To Make devonshire cream (kings island creme)

  • 1
    Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar and vanilla. Gradually beat in enough whipping cream to form a mixture of spreadable consistency. Do not over beat, cover and chill 2 to 24 hours. Makes 1 cup.

    add a spoonful to your scone and top with jam of your choice, lemon curd etc, enjoy.
