1 Tbspvegetable ol or canola oil

1 smonion, diced

2stalks celery

1bag (12oz) fresh cranberries

1green apple, peeled and diced

1 cbrown sugar, packed

1 stickcinnamon
How To Make cranberry apple chutney

1Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a saucepan over medium heat and cook the onions and celery for 5 minutes or until tender

2Add the remaining ingredients, stir, cover and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally while cooking.

3Can in a hot water bath to preserve or give as gifts in decorative small jar.
