6 cpeeled &diced apples

1/2 cwater

1/2 tspbutter
-
1 pkg1&3/4 oz.fruit pectin

3 cwhite sugar
-
2 cpacked brown sugar

1/2 tspcinnamon
-
1/4 gground nutmeg
How To Make carmel apple jam

1combine apples water & butter cook and stir over low heat until apples are soft.

2Stir in fruit pectin and bring to a boil stirring add sugar and spices. Return to boil for 1 min.stirring. Remove from heat skim foam ladle into hot jars leave 1/4 " headspace

3waterbath canner 10 mins. Jelly jars 4 or 8 oz.
