blueberry chia jam (sugar free)
Froze my delicious blueberries I got from the market this summer.
I was saving for the perfect recipe. Following a low sugar diet, I decided to make Chia jam. Now I know most add lemon to blueberry recipes but I choose to use orange. I feel it gives a better flavor. Try it out I think you’ll agree.
Loaded with an Omega threes and vitamins, I think I chose the perfect recipe for my perfect blueberries.
