1 tsplemon juice

1 Tbspchia seeds

1 Tbspmable syrup or raw honey
How To Make 4-ingredient jam

1Warm the berries in a sauce pan until you can mash them with a fork.

2Add the lemon juice and chia seeds and mix well. Add sweetener, to taste.

3Let the jam simmer for 5 minutes.

4Once cool, add the jam to a small jar and store in the fridge up to 1 week.
