Ingredients For 4-ingredient jam

  • 1 c
    frozen or fresh berries
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp
    mable syrup or raw honey

How To Make 4-ingredient jam

    Warm the berries in a sauce pan until you can mash them with a fork.

    Add the lemon juice and chia seeds and mix well. Add sweetener, to taste.

    Let the jam simmer for 5 minutes.

    Once cool, add the jam to a small jar and store in the fridge up to 1 week.
