Quick and easy tomato based gravy for mashed potatoes, meat loaf....any where you want to use a vegetable based gravy. Organic if you like, or FODY; as hot as you like by adding hot sauce to the Ro Tel or add some sugar or other spices to your liking. I sometimes add 5 ounces of cooked carrots partially crushed down. You can always do it the hard way if you have the time and ingredients A tasty and healthy alternative to meat drippings based gravy
