Ingredients For tomato gravy

1/4 cvegetable oil

1/2 cflour

2-3 candiced tomatoes

8-16 ozhot water, or as needed

salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make tomato gravy

1Put a thin layer (about 1/4 cup) of vegetable oil in skillet. Add 1/2 cup flour and stir till it starts to brown.

2Add tomatoes and a little hot water, salt and pepper, cooking until it starts to thicken.

3Add a little more hot water, if needed.
