Ingredients For tomato gravy

  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 2-3 can
    diced tomatoes
  • 8-16 oz
    hot water, or as needed
  • salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make tomato gravy

  • 1
    Put a thin layer (about 1/4 cup) of vegetable oil in skillet. Add 1/2 cup flour and stir till it starts to brown.
  • 2
    Add tomatoes and a little hot water, salt and pepper, cooking until it starts to thicken.

    Add a little more hot water, if needed.
