Ingredients For sos grzbowy (mushroom sauce), mark's

  • 1 lb
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 lg
    onion, chopped
  • 1 c
    chicken or beef bouillon
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    cold water
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream

How To Make sos grzbowy (mushroom sauce), mark's

  • 1
    Simmer the mushrooms with the onions and bullion for 15 minutes. Stir in the flour mixed with 2 tablespoons cold water. Bring to a boil, stirring. Remove from the heat. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add sour cream. Yeilds 3 cups.
