1 cchicken or beef bouillon

2 1/2 Tbspflour

2 Tbspcold water

1 tsplemon juice

1/2 csour cream
How To Make sos grzbowy (mushroom sauce), mark's

1Simmer the mushrooms with the onions and bullion for 15 minutes. Stir in the flour mixed with 2 tablespoons cold water. Bring to a boil, stirring. Remove from the heat. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add sour cream. Yeilds 3 cups.
