Ingredients For perfect turkey gravy

1/2 cflour

1 cwater
-
3 cturkey broth
-
pan drippings
-
salt and pepper
How To Make perfect turkey gravy

1Drain all turkey drippings into a gravy separator.

2Make a slurry using 1/2 cup flour and 1 cup water in a shaker or tightly sealed jar. Shake vigorously.

3Place roasting pan over two burners on medium high heat. Add just enough water to roasting pan to scrape drippings from sides and bottom of pan.

4Whisking continually add slurry

5Add turkey broth a little at a time while continuing to whisk briskly until gravy is desired consistency. Season to taste with salt and pepper
