2 csliced mushrooms

1onion, sliced

2 Tbspbutter
-
1 Tbspcornstarch

2 cbeef stock
-
pepper
How To Make onion & mushroom gravy

1In a pot, melt the butter, add in the onions sauté a few minutes.

2Add in mushrooms, stir together with onions.

3Add in the stock, reserving a table spoon to mix with cornstarch (slurry)
-
4Bring to a gentle boil and gently add in the cornstarch slurry
-
5Turn off heat and cover.
