Ingredients For mock gravy, (13 calories a tbs)

  • 4
    egg whites
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    red wine
  • 2 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 1
    packet splenda
  • 1/8 tsp
    dried thyme (or favorite herb), crushed
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

How To Make mock gravy, (13 calories a tbs)

    In a saucepan over medium heat cook: egg whites, soy sauce, wine and spices. Cook until the egg whites become lumpy. Cool.

    Pour into a blender, add the Splenda and sour cream. Blend for 1 minute until smooth.

    Heat on stove or in microwave. Stir before serving.
