1In a large non-stick pan over medium heat add sausage grease..can use this with pork chop or bacon grease to.

2Add flour, salt, and pepper to pan. Stir until well mixed and until the flour mixture is brown.

3Add milk to flour mixture and stir until mixture thickens. Add more or less milk until desired consistancy. Serve with biscuits.
