Ingredients For easy au jus

2 cbeef broth

1 tsponion powder

1 Tbspflour

1/4 cbutter or better than butter, the pan drippings from some type of beef

salt to taste
How To Make easy au jus

1Heat your beef fat drippings or butter in skillet

2Add flour and brown in pan with beef fat drippings. NOTE: This sauce is not thick like a gravy, it's a thin broth, the flour just gives it a little substance, but it's shouldn't be thick.

3Add onion powder and beef broth.

4Bring just to a boil and turn off.

5Salt to taste.

6Ladel into small ramekins or dipper cups. Serve with roast beef, steak, French dip sandwich or any beef you like!
