This is a very much used sauce in the trade. Great for left over burgers, by crumbleing the burger in the sauce. And you could add any thing else to it for a left over meal.

Ingredients For bechamel sauce

1/2 cchicken broth

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/6 tspwhite peppers
-
1/2 clight cream
-
1 1/2 Tbspminced onions
-
a pinch of nutmeg

1egg yolks
-
to thicken roux equal parts of flour and margarine
How To Make bechamel sauce

1Simmer chicken stock, add cream, onions, & all except roux. Simmer 10 minutes. Add roux for thickness,rule of thum is when sauce just sticks to a spoon. It is ready.
