How To Make "bacon gravy"

1Fry bacon pieces over medium heat until crisp.
Stir in Flour until grease is absorbed.
season with salt and pepper & sgr. -
2Slowly whisk in milk to mixture, Stirring until this reaches a boil in skillet.
Boil about 5 min, or until thick. -
3Serve over Biscuits, Toast, or Potatoes.
