Mom used this as a glaze or sauce for ham, depending on her mood. When ham is almost done, you can brush some on for a glaze (be careful not to do so earlier because it can burn), or serve on the side for people to sauce their ham!

Ingredients For raisin sauce for ham, mom's

  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    mustard
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    raisins
  • 1/4 c
    vinegar
  • 1 3/4 c
    water

How To Make raisin sauce for ham, mom's

  • 1
    Mix dry ingredients, add rest. Cook to a syrup.
