1 Tbspmixed spices: stick cinnamon,allspice,cloves, tied in a bag

How To Make pear relish

1Grind peppers and drain; do not squeeze. Mix all the ingredients and put in a large pot. add the vinegar. Boil for 30 minutes. Pack in jars and seal. Delicious on purple hull peas..
