Maybe double the batch. This goes fast. Put it on ice cream, pancakes, waffles, bagels, toast, english muffins.

Ingredients For pear honey

  • 1/2
    peck pears peeled
  • 2 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 16 oz
    can crushed pineapple

How To Make pear honey

  • 1
    Peel the pears and remove the seeds. Place in food processor and process until well smashed. Should have around 4 cups pears. Place the pears in a large pot. Add the sugar.

    Bring to a boil and reduce the heat and simmer 30 minutes. Add the pineapple and bring to a boil again. Reduce the heat and simmer 15 minutes.

    Put it in sterilized jars and waterbath process for 15 minutes.
