Ingredients For minted peaches and melons

2 smcantaloupes, peeled, seeded, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

6medium sized peaches, peeled, pitted, sliced

1/2 cslivered almonds, toasted

1/2 corange juice
-
2 Tbsplemon juice
-
1/4 cmint, fresh minced
How To Make minted peaches and melons

1In a large bowl, stir together the cantaloupe, peaches, almonds, orange juice and lemon juice.

2(At this point the fruit can be refrigerated, tightly covered, for up to 8 hours.)

3Just before serving, toss with the mint.

4Serve cold or at room temperature.
