Ingredients For cranberry relish

  • 1 lb
    fresh cranberries
  • 1
    tart apple, peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    orange marmalade
  • 11 oz
    canned mandarin oranges, drained
  • 10 oz
    package frozen raspberries, thawed and drained
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice

How To Make cranberry relish

  • 1
    Combine cranberries and apple in food processor, pulse until finely chopped.
  • 2
    Add sugar and orange marmalade, pulse until combined.
  • 3
    Add raspberries and mandarin orange. Pulse quickly several times.

    Mix together and refrigerate.
