Ingredients For cranberry-orange relish

  • 1 pkg
    fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1
    unpeeled orange, cut up
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    crystallized ginger
  • nuts, very finely chopped, if desired.

How To Make cranberry-orange relish

  • 1
    Cut oranges into 1-inch pieces.
  • 2
    Place cranberries and orange pieces in food processor with steel blade.
  • 3
    Cover and process with short on-and-off motions about 15 seconds or until evenly chopped.

    Place mixture in bowl; stir in sugar and ginger. Add nuts, if desired.

    Cover and refrigerate at lease 24 hours, but no longer than 1 week
