This makes a great little thanksgiving turkey sauce. When making this, remember to make it your own. If you like ginger, add some more ginger, if you like pineapple, throw in some pineapple.

Ingredients For cranberry orange chutney

  • 2 lb
    fresh cranberries
  • 4
    oranges, segmented
  • 1 tsp
    ginger root, peeled and minced
  • 3
    pears or apples peeled and diced
  • 3 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    ground nutmeg

How To Make cranberry orange chutney

  • 1
    Mix all together in a heavy bottomed pot, let simmer until it thickens. Stir often, when thickened take off heat and let cool.
