Ingredients For cranberry liqueur sauce

1 lb. fresh cranberries, 4 cups

1/2 cup orange flavored liqueur

1 cup light corn syrup

2 cans mandarin orange segments, drained, 11 oz. each
How To Make cranberry liqueur sauce

1In pan, mix cranberries, liqueur, and corn syrup. Bring to boil; simmer 5 to 10 minutes or til cranberries are tender. Add mandarin oranges and heat through, about 3 minutes.

2Spoon into jar or decorative containers.Cover and refrigerate. Serve as meat accompaniment. Makes about 4 1/2 cups
