1 ptfresh blueberries

1/3 csugar

pinch of salt

1 Tbspcornstarch

2 Tbspwater

1 Tbsplemon juice
How To Make blueberry sauce

1Rinse berries, drain well.

2Mix sugar,salt,cornstarch in saucepan. Add water and lemon juice,stir until dissolved.

3Add berries; bring to boil.

4Boil 1 to 2 minutes, until clear and slightly thickened. Stirring carefully to avoid crushing berries.

5Serve warm or chilled.
