Ingredients For blueberry ketchup

21/2 cblueberries

1small shallot minced

1 csugar
-
1/2 cred wine vinegar

2 tspgrated fresh ginger

1 Tbsplime juice

1/4 tspeach s&p
How To Make blueberry ketchup

1Combine all ingredients in large sauce pan cook on med-high heat. Stir and simmer till sugar desolves and berries start to breakdown, about 5min. Turn to medium low stiring occationally til sauce is thickened 20-30min.

2Spoon into glass jars, refrigerate for four hours till thickened. Great on burgers!
