Ingredients For apricot-cranberry sauce

12 ozfresh cranberries, chopped

1/2 capricot preserves + 2 tbsp

1/3 cwater
-
1 Tbspcream sherry

1/2 csugar + 2 tbsp
How To Make apricot-cranberry sauce

1Combine all of the ingredients in a medium-size saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to low, and simmer until the cranberries are tender and the sauce begins to thicken. (It will continue to thicken as it cools.) Makes 2 cups.
