1 mdorange peeled and thinly sliced

1/2 ceach dark brown sugar and maple syrup

2 Tbspfresh lemon juice

1 Tbspground cinnamon

How To Make apple pear compote

1In an instant pot mix the first 10 ingredients together. Secure the lid and select pressure cook hi and cook 8 minutes.

2Let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes then quick release.

3Mix the orange juice and cornstarch together. Carefully remove the lid and select saute and bring the mixture to a boil stirring constantly. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened about 2 minutes.

4Ladle into jar. wipe rims and secure lids. Water bath for 10 minutes.
