Ingredients For whipped non-fat dry milk

  • 1/2 c
    cold water
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c
    non-fat dry milk
  • 1/4 c
    granulated sugar

How To Make whipped non-fat dry milk

  • 1
    Place the first 3 ingredients in a 1 qt. bowl. Sprinkle the dry milk over the water. Beat with an electric mixer or beater for 4 minutes or with a rotary beater for 8 minutes until stiff.

    Gradually beat in the sugar until it dissolves and the mixture is smooth and creamy. Chill for 30 minutes before using.
