Ingredients For vietnamese peanut sauce for wings

3 lggarlic cloves, finely chopped

1 Tbspvegetable oil

1/3 cfish sauce (or less if you prefer)

1/3 cfirmly packed light brown sugar

2-3 tspasian chili-garlic sauce (or more to taste)

3 Tbspfinely chopped toasted peanuts

1/4 ccombination of cilantro and mint leaves
How To Make vietnamese peanut sauce for wings

1Saute garlic in vegetable oil in a small saucepan over medium heat for 1 -2 minutes or until golden. Stir in fish sauce, brown sugar and chili-garlic sauce.

2Bring to a simmer over medium heat; stirring occasionally - 4 to 5 minutes or until thickened and reduced. Stir in toasted peanuts. Toss wings in sauce and sprinkle coated wings with cilantro and mint.
