Ingredients For truffle oil vinaigrette

  • 2 Tbsp
    champagne vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 3 Tbsp
    black or white truffle oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil

How To Make truffle oil vinaigrette

    Whisk the vinegar, lemon juice and salt together.

    Whisk in the oils until emulsified.
