Ingredients For spanish salad dressing

  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 3/4 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/4 c
    plus 2 tbs white vinegar
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c
    sugar, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried parsley
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely minced onion (can substitute 1 tbs dried onion flakes)
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced

How To Make spanish salad dressing

    Mix all ingredients. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 2 - 4 hours before serving.
