Ingredients For red chile mustard vinagrette

  • 1/4 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard, heaping
  • 1 Tbsp
    ancho chile powder
  • 2 tsp
    honey
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c
    canola oil

How To Make red chile mustard vinagrette

  • 1
    Whisk together all ingredients except oil in a small bowl.
  • 2
    Slowly whisk in the oil until emulsified. This can be made up to one day ahead and refrigerated. Whisk again before using.
