Very strong, not for the faint hearted, DO NOT DRINK IT! Vinegar helps break down fat on lamb/mutton etc. Use ONLY fresh mint, dried mint does not work for this recipe.

Quarter tspsalt

half cboiling water

Half cbalsamic vinegar
How To Make real mint sauce

1Very finely chop mint.

2Into a cup add mint, salt, pepper, sugar n boiling water, stir, leave to brew for ten mins.

3Top up cup with balsamic vinegar. Serve over Lamb/Mutton. Also great on peas.
