Ingredients For raspberry vinaigrette

1/4cupfresh or frozen raspberrys

1 Tbsp.chopped red onion

Tbspfinely chopped garlic

1/4 tsp.pink peppercorns (optional)

1/4 tspminced thyme leaves

2 Tbs.raspberry vinegar

2 Tbsp.rice wine vinegar

2 Tbsp.red wine vinigar

1/2 cupolive oil
-
1/4 cuphoney
How To Make raspberry vinaigrette

1Blend raspberries,red onion,pink peppercorns (optional),thyme,and all 3 vinegars in a blender.With blender on medium speed slowly drizzle in olive oil,then honey,blending until creamy. Strain through a small holed sieve to trap raspberry seeds. Chill. Makes 1 cup.
