raspberry vinaigrette

We have wild raspberry bushes in our back yard so I made some raspberry vinegar. I used that to make this raspberry vinaigrette. Nice on spring greens or a baby spinach salad strewn with some fresh raspberries and slivered almonds.

Ingredients For raspberry vinaigrette

  • 1/3 c
    olive oil
  • 1/3 c
    raspberry vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 tsp
    Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp
    finely minced onion (or 1/4 tsp dehydrated onion)
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried basil, oregano, or Italian seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make raspberry vinaigrette

    Place all ingredients in a jar with lid.

    Shake well and serve over salad of choice!
