This is more of a vinegar based BBQ sauce “ vinegar in everything except the brown sugar” and is really good on chicken.

Ingredients For pucker up bbq sauce

  • 1 cup catalina salad dressing “ original”
  • 1 cup zatarain’s creole mustard
  • 1 cup siriacha hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

How To Make pucker up bbq sauce

    This is how it looks when you start to simmer it.

    Simmer this on low till it is reduced somewhat & least by ½ . Let it cool and then base the chicken as usual.
