This is a delicious, sweet, and tangy salad dressing with a hint of warm, autumnal spice. Delicious on a green salad or drizzled over roasted winter squashes.

Ingredients For pie spice salad dressing

  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp
    grainy stone ground mustard
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp
    pancake syrup
  • 1 Tbsp
    maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice (or more to taste)
  • 1 pinch
    each salt and pepper

How To Make pie spice salad dressing

  • Whisking oil into mayo.

    ln a small bowl or large liquid measuring cup, make the dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, mustard, and oil until smooth.
  • Adding vinegar.

    Gradually whisk in the vinegar.
  • Adding pie spice to dressing in measuring cup.

    Add remaining dressing ingredients whisking until well combined.
  • Pouring dressing into pint jar.

    Cover and refrigerate until needed (or pour into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.) Shake well before using. Makes 1 3/4 cups salad dressing.
