3 lgbell peppers sliced or chunked

2 lggarlic, cloves, minced

How To Make peppers garlic, and onions

1In a large skillet melt the butter . Add onions and cook on medium-low until onions are carmelized. Add garlic, bell peppers, and sliced jalapenos the last 10 -15 minutes I do mine this way because I like the peppers to still have a little crunch.

2Can be stored in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
