1/2 mdred onion

1 canlarge black olives

2 lgroma tomatoes

1/2 cfresh grated parmesan cheese

5-6pepperoncini peppers

1 cgarlic and cheese croutons
- ITALIAN DRESSING

1/2 cmayonnaise

1/3 cwhite vinegar

1 tspextra virgin olive oil

2 Tbspcorn syrup, light

2 Tbspparmesian cheese

2 Tbspromano cheese, grated

1 clovecrushed garlic

1/2 tspitalian seasoning blend

1/2 tspparsley, italian

1 Tbsplemon juice, fresh

How To Make olive garden copykat salad

1Wash head of lettus in cold water and take out core, use a salad spinner you have one. put back in the refrigerator x 2 hours to chill/crisp up. always keep cold. after chilled tear into bite size peices, put back into refrigerator in serving bowl.

2In a medium size bowl, Slice red onion into 1/8 in slices and seperate. Drain water from olives and add to onion. Wash and cut tomatoes in quarter slices, add to bowl. drain 5-6 pepperoncini peppers whole, add to bowl.

3Make Italian dressing by combining all ingredience on list, and wisk in small bowl. let set for an hour.

4Take out lettus, add bowl of onion, olives, pepperoncini's and tomatoes- toss lightly, add parmasian cheese toss again. add croutons.

5Add dressing and toss again. At table add fresh grated parmasian cheese to taste.
