montreal lemon herb salad dressing

I found this on the McCormick web site. I tried it and quickly became addicted. I usually quadruple the recipe and store the remainder in the refrigerator in a pint jar. My favorite salad dressing.

Ingredients For montreal lemon herb salad dressing

  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 Tbsp
    water
  • 1/2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    montreal grill mates chicken seasoning

How To Make montreal lemon herb salad dressing

    Mix all ingredients in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended.

    Drizzle over tossed salad.

    Store any leftovers in refrigerator. If in the refrigerator for any length of time it might turn cloudy and thicken. Just put in the microwave at ten second intervals till returned to original state...won't take long.

    I used 3 teaspoons of sugar as the lemon was very tart. Can substitute Splenda for sugar.
