Ingredients For marinated zucchini salad

2 smzucchini, sliced

1 mdsweet onion, halved and sliced

1 lgtomato, peeled and roughly chopped

1/4 cfresh basil, chopped

8 ozItalian dressing, bottled

salt and pepper, to taste

1 Tbspfreshly grated Parmesan cheese
How To Make marinated zucchini salad

1Mix all ingredients (except Parmesan) in a large bowl.

2Transfer to a storage container. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

3Before serving, sprinkle grated Parmesan over top.
