Ingredients For honey mustard dressing

  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    honey mustard
  • 1 tsp
    fresh gingerroot, peeled and grated
  • 2 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 sm
    garlic clove, minced and mashed to a paste with 1/4 t salt
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced fresh chives

How To Make honey mustard dressing

    In a bowl whisk together the mustard, the gingerroot, the vinegar, the soy sauce, and the garlic paste, add the oil in a stream, whisking, and whisk the dressing until it is emulsified.

    Stir in the chives and salt and pepper to taste. Toss the dressing with salad greens.
