Ingredients For honey mustard dressing

2 1/2 Tbsphoney mustard

1 tspfresh gingerroot, peeled and grated

2 Tbspred wine vinegar

1 tspsoy sauce

1 smgarlic clove, minced and mashed to a paste with 1/4 t salt

1/2 cvegetable oil
-
1 Tbspminced fresh chives
How To Make honey mustard dressing

1In a bowl whisk together the mustard, the gingerroot, the vinegar, the soy sauce, and the garlic paste, add the oil in a stream, whisking, and whisk the dressing until it is emulsified.

2Stir in the chives and salt and pepper to taste. Toss the dressing with salad greens.
