i like to make this for salads more then to just eat on a sandwich..however you can add a dash or more of steak sauce to make a great sandwich spread

Ingredients For homemade mayo

1hard boiled egg yolk

1 1/2 tsplemon juice fresh or bottled

1 tspwhite vinegar
-
1/4 tspground mustard
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
3/4 coil, vegetable, canola or sunflower
How To Make homemade mayo

1after you boil the egg and let it cool and shell it, grate it up fine. Add lemon juice and mix til all pasty like. Add Vinegar and stir until the egg is no longer in solid form. Then mix in the rest and stir well. I usually end up putting some pepper in this and cutting back on the salt. Can add curry in too for extra boost
