My son loves Ranch dressing so this is quick and easy to whip up and better than store bought with all those preservatives and things you can't pronouce! Just be mindful of the date on your buttermilk because that will be the expiration date of your dressing. Great for salad dressing or a ranch dip for all kinds of things!

Ingredients For homemade buttermilk ranch or chipotle ranch

1 csour cream

1 cmayonnaise

1/2 cbuttermilk

1 tsplemon juice

1 1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper

1 tspdried chives

1/2 tsponion powder

2 Tbspolive oil
-
1 tspchipotle chili powder, optional~ use if you are making chipotle ranch
How To Make homemade buttermilk ranch or chipotle ranch

1Mix all ingredients in a blender ( I use my Ninja), scraping down sides until well blended.

2Pour dressing in a pourable container (I used two cleaned out Snapple bottles!) Refrigerate for at least 12 hours before using to help flavors blend and mixture thicken a bit. Can be used right away if neccesary. Store in refrigerator. Shake bottle well before each use. Enjoy!!
