A quick, peppery, acidic Caesar that avoids raw eggs. Adjust the proportions to your taste. Does NOT taste fishy, even with a whole 2-oz. can of anchovies (6-8 small fillets)

Ingredients For heidi's peppery caesar dressing (mayo not raw egg)

  • 1 can
    anchovies, drained
  • 1 clove
    garlic, diced
  • 1 md
    lemon, juice only
  • 4 dash
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 c
    parmigiano-reggiano, grated

How To Make heidi's peppery caesar dressing (mayo not raw egg)

  • 1
    Whir in the small bowl of the food processor until throughly mixed. Store in fridge. Yield 1 cup. Serve over cut romaine.
