I needed a quick Caesar dressing for my fresh romaine lettuce from my garden. This was an easy way to make the dressing, since I had the ingredients available.

Ingredients For healthy caesar dressing

  • 1/4 c
    olive oil with pepper mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 clove
    garlic
  • 1 pinch
    sea salt

How To Make healthy caesar dressing

    Smash garlic cloves with broad side of knife to break skin and peal.

    place mayonnaise and garlic in blender, puree for 2 minutes.

    Gradually add olive oil while blender is operating.
  • 4
    Add pinch of salt.
